The NACBT will provide a refund after items sold by the NACBT to the customer are received back from the customer, as long as the NACBT receives those items within 30 days of their having been shipped by the NACBT.

Given the ease at which they can be reproduced with today's technology, the NACBT does not provide a refund or accept returns for audio and video products, including CDs, audio tapes, and certification courses.
